Do you offer a guarantee?

Watches sold in the store, such as watches customized by BBmod, are guaranteed for 3 years.

What are the deadlines?

The average time to produce a personalized watch is approximately 4 weeks, from receipt of payment.

This period may be extended depending on the complexity of the request and the quantities required. However, watches available in our store can be shipped immediately.

What does the service of a full custom watch include?

The service of a full custom watch (watch assembled from spare parts without basic watches) includes:

the leak test
movement adjustment with chrono comparator (-5/+15s/d)
the black BBmod aluminum box
a tool that allows the bracelet to be removed and replaced
a screwdriver to remove and replace the links (only for watches with steel strap)
a BBmod microfiber cloth
